Larsen Finans & Administration ApS is closely following developments around the COVID-19/corona virus in Denmark and abroad.

We aim to keep our clients informed of the best working practices to implement within the business environment.

​Working conditions for LFA ApS' employees 

Following the Prime Minister’s speech on 11th March 2020, Larsen Finans & Administration ApS has advised employees to work from home for the coming weeks ahead. Furthermore, it is decided that all physical meetings should be avoided/cancelled. 

As a socially responsible company, it is our responsibility not to expose employees, customers and business partners to unnecessary danger.  

Hence, Larsen Finans & Administration will be able to continue our daily work, just as we will continue to fulfill our commitments to our clients regarding accounts, VAT, salary, reports, etc. 
However, we will not be physically present. 
 
At Larsen Finance & Administration, we are dedicated to digitizing workflows and communications as we hope and expect to be able to deliver as usual, just as we provide virtual meeting tools for free to those of our customers who are not already members of our virtual collaboration platforms (Teams, SLACK, Zoom, etc.).

Challenges for the SME-Segment 

For now, the situation is still uncertain, but we do know following sectors will be affected: 
  • Restaurants, bars, wellness, fitness, etc. 
    (Common to all of them is that they are directly, or probably will be, affected by an injunction, just as human presence is a part of their business model. )
  • Companies that import or export to affected areas. 
    (Those are more general and changes occurs on an almost on hourly basis.)  

​What solutions will be available for SME Segment 

The government has currently initiated an array of specific financial aid packages, to those companies who will be financially challenged by COVID-19.

The law will allow for deferment of payment deadlines for VAT, A-tax and AM contributions, etc., and companies will be able to apply and receive salary reimbursement faster than usual if it is due to corona / COVID-19. (skat.dk/skat.aspx?oid=16900, www.fm.dk)
